"Dragons, Lies, and Debates: YWW's Wild Ride in Two Truths, One Lie!"

Two nights ago , YWW turned up the fun with a thrilling round of Two Truths, One Lie: Story Edition. Think you know your movies, shows, and books? Think again. This game had us questioning everything, from beloved TV shows to blockbuster plots. And oh, the drama!

---

How It Works

The rules were simple—sort of. A player gives three plot points:

Two are true.

One is a bold-faced lie.

The group gets five minutes to debate, argue, and outright bicker over which one’s fake. At the end, the player reveals the truth—if they’re not too busy laughing at the chaos they’ve caused.

---

The Drama

Here’s one of the rounds that had the group spiraling:

1. Winona Ryder was possessed by demons in another dimension, and her son and his friends try to save her.

2. She’s the only surviving dragon rider who crossed the Red Sea to reclaim her iron throne but was killed by her lover.

3. He killed his lover’s husband and took her for himself, but when she uncovered his dark secrets, he threw her in prison.

The player insisted that Plot 1 was the lie. But then, as expected, chaos ensued.

The Case of the Dragon Rider Debate 🐉

One member boldly claimed that Plot 2 was the lie, dragging Game of Thrones into the spotlight.

The Plaintiff’s Argument:

"Khaleesi wasn’t the only dragon rider. Remember Jon Snow? Winterfell’s bastard? Yep, he rode a dragon too!"

The Defendant’s Counter:

"True, but she was the only one to cross the sea. The statement holds!"

As tensions rose, the plaintiff pulled out a Game of Thrones MAP as evidence (yes, a MAP). Was it relevant? Debatable. Was it hilarious? Absolutely.

The Verdict 👩‍⚖️

Yours truly had to step in as judge and jury.

Ruling: Both sides had valid points. Khaleesi wasn’t the only dragon rider, but she was the only one to cross the sea. A case of “everyone’s right, but no one’s happy.”

Sentence: All YWW members are hereby ordered to join the next game to avoid missing out on the chaos and fun. Court adjourned.

Why You Shouldn’t Miss the Next Round

We laughed, we argued, we even learned a thing or two about dragon geography. This wasn’t just a game; it was an experience. If you weren’t there, you missed out on the wildest ride of the year.

But don’t worry—the next game is around the corner, and trust us, you won’t want to miss it. Mark your calendars, gather your wits, and bring your best arguments.

Court dismissed.

 YWW out ✌️
